Dusted Hazelnut Truffles

Ideal for an after dinner treat or in batches for presents.

For 30 Truffles you will need:

200g Dark Chocolate – Melted

100g Digestive Biscuits – Crushed

100g Amaretti Biscuits – Crushed

1 tbsp Single Cream

1 shot Espresso

1 shot Frangelico

1/2 cup Chopped Roasted Hazelnuts

1/4 tsp salt

Icing Sugar – for dusting

Simply mix all ingredients (apart from icing sugar) in a bowl thoroughly and set aside to cool.

Once cooled to room temperature, roll into balls about 2.5 cm in diameter then dust in Icing sugar.
